Altrix Group specializes in providing innovative nursing solutions to enhance care delivery strategies and outcomes for nursing and healthcare teams as well as patients. When Altrix group first approached us they had 0 digital footprint, no website, no social media, no logo or brand colors, but they did have a vision and desire to act on it.
Altrix group wanted to stand out as a leader in an emerging industry of remote nursing solutions. Their business largely depends on their ability to showcase how they can improve patient care while simultaneously saving hospitals and healthcare facilities large amounts of money. When asking them what was the primary goal they wanted their website to achieve they said the most important this was to showcase what they do to healthcare facilities, how they can help, and how to contact them.
After getting an idea on what Altrix Group wanted in their website we got into the details. We began with getting examples and proposing basic designs to get a feel for what they were after. At the same time we began picking brand colors and getting ideas for a logo. Our plan was to develop the site with a general logo first using the defined brand colors and then to follow up with social media and fine tuning the website.
A part of our job was content creation, for this particular industry we knew there would be key words and phrases that only healthcare professionals would know and understand so our number one thing was ironing out what content needed updating or moved around first. This was a bit tricky since we try to find SEO keywords that rank well but are not super competitive, then after doing that work we need to update the content with client phrases while still keeping things SEO optimized.
One of the thing’s we always do and always will is setup google analytics so our clients can track the traffic to their site. For Altrix Group they wanted a simple way to see how many visitors where coming to their site and where they were going. This comes standard with every site and they wanted to wait for any advanced analytics features.
After getting the website up and running locally we were able to show Altrix Group exactly what their site would look like before going live. This gave them complete confidence that when visitors saw their site it would be professional and complete from day 1. It also allowed us to perform and changes or experiments on a local computer instead of having it immediately go live to their website.
While working on the site and fine-tuning we had our people updating the logo to offer a variety of styles and packages that they could use for all of their business needs. The last thing we did was set up some basic social media accounts as well as email marketing software such as MailChimp and integrate that into their website. This allows them to have a seamless experience from gathering leads to actually following up on those leads.
After designing the initial site we have continue to work with Altrix Group by building a number of landing pages, SEO, and most importantly proving custom software that has propelled their business to make 5x what they were before!
